THURS 29TH AUGUST, 14:00-16:00 (families)
THE LUDOQUIST GAMES CAFE
We’re back at the Ludoquist for a special family-friendly Masterclasses led by James: a two-hour mid-afternoon class for families (children must be accompanied by an adult, adults must be accompanied by a child) of planning, making and playing games. Games cafe sessions are a big hit: you can eat and drink while you design and playtest, and you can stay afterwards and play more games. The Ludoquist is easy to get to from East Croydon and West Croydon train stations.
FRIDAY 20 SEPTEMBER, 18:00-21:00
FAN BOY THREE, 25 HILTON STREET
The Masterclass is coming back to Manchester for a one-night residency at Fan Boy Three in the centre of the city. Three hours of game-designing goodness and laughs.
Ticket link coming soon.
SATURDAY 28 SEPTEMBER, 13:00-16:00 (general)
SUNDAY 29 SEPTEMBER, 10:00-12:00 (families)
TABLETOP GAMING LIVE, ALEXANDRA PALACE
There will be two sessions of the Masterclass at Tabletop Gaming Live this autumn, a longer one open to anyone and a shorter one geared specifically to families with children. You will have to pay to enter the convention, so these tickets are priced lower to balance that. Tabletop Gaming Live is a two-day festival of games and play held at Alexandra Palace in north London and you can read more about it here.
If you’re interested in having a Game Design Masterclass run at your venue, organisation, shop, club or company, then please drop us a line to talk about it.
